| This app has already been tested and approved by Drake and the other officers already using the app.GroupMe is a smartphone app/program that creates a virtual chatroom. We are able to bring around 50 or people into the room. You can change the app settings to either be silent and only show messages when you open the app, or to send you a direct text of each message like a chatroom but while you're mobile. You click the link at the bottom of the page, and follow the instructions to setup an account and join the chatroom. You then just download the app to your smartphone and login. Forever sealing your fate as a Lotus chatroom member. Once you've downloaded the app, it typically uses your full name as your user until you edit it. I suggest changing your username to your in-game name so we can all better identify each other. Again, this is an absolutely free program and has no charges other than what you get charged for getting texts with your phone plan, so please don't be deterred from using the app. --Link to our chat-- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]This will be a great way to stay in contact with raid groups, form pugs, stay up-to-date with FC activities/contests, and even schedule late notice raids/parties for dungeons, etc. -Poo | |
