What iLvl would you guys recommend for a Pally trying to get into doing/grinding Brayflox HM(currently 64)? I've read it's the best thing to grind Myth and Soldiery tomes. Thanks!

Any tanks that are wondering, you can run it easily with like 60ish. However you won't be able to survive big pulls until at least like iLvl80 or more. These are rough estimates, as your skill as a player could make a difference.
