Here's my rotation for the turn ins for master recipe, which is 2 stars with 40 durability. It is best if you can use HQ base mats. You will need at least 380CP for this rotation.

Basic Touch

Basic Touch
Manipulation
Steady Hand II
Ingenuity
Basic Touch
Basic Touch
Great Strides*
Byregot's Blessing
Careful Synthesis II

*If Excellent, dont use Great Strides, skip right to Byregot's Blessing
